Friends and fellow members -
Can someone please shed some lights on investment in industrial plot in Kundli Investment horizon 3to5 years What i want to know how's the development in that area from industry point of view and if there is any room of appreciation in plot value ? Thanks in advance for your input. |

their are n number of options in bhiwadi by itself....100's of plots their try theri as well

Any idea about ongoing rates + premium on HSIDC plots in both areas ( Kundli ext and Rai) ? |

One more thing - It been while i went there. Is Kundli Extension is different then Kundi or is it a name given for Industrial area ?

plot rateof kundli are between 14000-15000..
RAI 9500-12000.. kundli extension : 8-10000 kundli extension has bee allotted near yamuna canal thats why prices are low there .. in my opinion rai would be better option as it is more closer to kmp expressway than kundli itself .. |

Thanks Sauravsbban- These are rates for Industial plots per sqyard ...right as you mention 550/sqyard in your earlier post so that could be typo ? I am also trying to find out map of Kundli-Extention, Kundli and Rai--- If you have link - please let me know

Sauravssbban and Fellow members - Can someone tell me about industrial plot for Hosiery and Textile Park , Barhi >>> Its 16KM from RAI on NH-1
Does anyone know what's the ongoing rate per sq/yard there and what is the appreciation in that area ? I didn't come across any feasible plot in rai and they are asking way higher then 12k sqyard |
