Property Investment in Palwal - Indian Real Estate Forum

Hi,
I'm new in this forum. So please will u please tell me is it better to invest in Palwal in the form of Property? And where, I mean at what location should I purchase the Property so that it can be beneficial for me in terms of Resale as well as for business also??????

Palwal is growing as much safer place and also Huda sector 2 in Palwal is good appreciating location for investment purpose. Reason being that Kundli-Manesar-Palwal highway is ready to start in few months. A very nice Industrial Hub is going to be developped in Palwal very soon.
So as much as I feel Palwal is a very good location to invest in property.

I booked a plot in sec 8 era green world at 7250/sq yd. There is no appreciation in the last 2 years. Can you tell me is it a good place to be invested.
