Hi,

Can anyone tell me when Manesar and Palwal stretch is opening for KMP. Also, can anyone tell the future prospect of Sector 8 Palwal ERA green world project.

recently piyush group has also launched their township at sec 9 . Any idea abt d location etc

Location for Piyush group is decent, but wait for the project to launch completely before investing. Instead of Palwal, look towards Bhiwadi for better return though.

Not sure about Palwal as an investment destination and that too for non-HUDA plots. B eing a suburb of Faridabad Palwal was never able to gather steam as expected. I guess it could be because Faridabad is not an investment favorite location like Gurgaon.
