This is my first post but I have been active reader of this forum. I learn so much about RE and still learning new thing from you guys. Thanks a lot for making this forum so happening place.

Thought of posting my own question this time.

I am planning to make investment of 25L - 30 L with preferably CLP for duration of 5 to 7 yrs in upcoming areas (developed areas are out of reach ). Plot size being 100 ~ 150 sq yd. Pls suggest which area across NCR would be best to invest and would be safer. Is it safer to go with builder plot only ?

Are there any newly launched or upcoming project good for plot purchase ?

can i ask for recommendation on broker in this forum ..

Other than Gurgaon, if choosing anywhere else in Haryana then only go for HUDA plots? They always hold their value and there is no problem of infrastructure development.

Palwal is growing as much safer place and also Huda sector 2 in Palwal is good appreciating location for investment purpose. Reason being that Kundli-Manesar-Palwal highway is ready to start in few months. A very nice Industrial Hub is going to be developped in Palwal very soon.
So as much as I feel Palwal is a very good location to invest in property.

Is there any option of knowing it online in terms of HUDA plots? What exactly is the difference between a builder plot & a non - builder plot? If a builder is already holding a plot, how can it then be a Fresh Property & Freehold? What are the dangers if a non builder plot is purchased?
