Any one aware about this UPSIDC scheme? is it genuine and worth investing money here?

Allotment Rate - 500/sqm

Size of Plots,Indrastial plots

Area Total Amount 5%Amount 10%Amount + Processing Fee

1. 450sqm =2,25 ,OOORs, =11,250Rs, = 22,500Rs, 2000Rs,
2. 600sqm =3,00,000Rs, =15,000Rs, =30,000Rs, 2000Rs,
3. 1000sqm =5,00,000Rs, =25,000Rs, =50,000Rs, 2000Rs,
4. 1800sqm =9,00,000Rs, =45,000Rs, =90,000Rs, 2000Rs,
5.3200sqm =16,00,000Rs, =80,000Rs, =1,60,000Rs, 5000Rs,

Make DD of Total Premium,

First 5% After allotment 10% with in 30 days , and rest 85% amount in 5year( 1o half yearly instalment of every 6 Months) with 12% intrast .

DD will made in Favour of:-

UPSIDC LTD. PAYABLE LUCKNOW

Form Charge Rs.1OO/-

Last Date =31 NOV. '2011.

As these are industrial plots so the applicants are required to submit project plan, layout details etc.
