Look Sushant Goolf city is a gigantic project, it will take considerable time in Project development. If you see plan layouts of this project, you will find that project will be developed in parallel to Gomti Nagar, Hazrat Ganj area..which makes this more lucrative..vast development and big plans, yet close to city centre.
Hence as per me Sushant has the upper hand..However Omaxe may also give decent ROI on a short term investement...Just my opinion..nothing against anyone. |
