Hi, I wold like to discuss about gomti nagar extension. the future of it.so many builders are making flats,even LDa has contructed flats thru L&T.what can be price apreciation in coming time.new international airport is coming ,international cricket stadium is in plan.

should i go to purchase a flat in 2nds in LDA L&T flats like riverview or bansthali appartments?

can anybody comment what should be the price there in 2nds for 3 bedroom+study.

I have a flat in extn.
Banasthali 3BR is 40 lacs/- right now.
all flat dev. here is only by LDA through L&T, Nagarjuna and Sintex Industries.
Only two private builders in very far area, not worth considering for living or investment even.
Wait for results of election. A govt. change may expedite Lucknow Metro, though it is not planned through extn.
Also I feel if UP is divided into 4 states, Lucknow will be a sufferer. The money which comes to Lucknow will move to other three capitals. Awadh Pradesh being smallest with very low industrialisation may not attract as much investment for Lucknow. Paschimanchal will be the clear winner with Meerut, Noida, Greater Noida, Agra, Mathura etc. Right now approx. 78% revenue of UP is generated from here while only 18% is spent on this. Most of 78% is consumed by Lucknow.
