i have same question ...Also, do they payment plan ( paying in instalment)...can i still book it...can someone reply please.....seems like when it comes to booking do we to buy through agent only ?

You can directly buy from builder or through agent, it totally depends on you. They have both the payment plans, Construction Linked (CLP) and down payment. I always prefer 1st one.

I would like to invest into Omaxe hi tech city too.. but I could not find any link to the hi tech city on their web site.
