Hi Guys,
I'am an Indian national working in Kuwait. My parents have shop & flat in Andheri (W), Mumbai but we are originally from Rajasthan. I'm observing rates in Malwani, Malad (W) has increased from Rs 2550 per sq ft. to Rs 4500 per sq. ft. in just one year. However, now it may slowly see a downfall due to various factors in the market. If however, this area is connected to the mainland by a bridge it may really see a boost in terms of rates, this is my personal feeling. Any new infromation on the above area please do write to me.
