Computer Usage
In India, Internet usage in real estate industry has started recently. Real Estate forum is one of the initiatives. I am an alumnus of India Institute Of Real Estate ( IIRE) which offers onlineeducation in Real Estate. This is a very useful course in understanding the real estate Industry & operations. If anybody is interested, I can give more details.

offline usage
Hi this is Giri from India, as far as my experience goes no one is using a software for database or related to real estate. Basically online sites are a medium just to advertise, most people i suppose use excel.
