ysbabu1977 New Member Join Date: Jun 2009 Posts: 4	Mortgaged property sold by the mortgager what is the solution One person taken loan an amount of Rs.5,00,000/- from me and registered mortgaged his property. after 1 year he sold the property which was mortgaged to me. what steps can i do. Please advice me in this matter.
