Any opinion on DB realty kandivali project they are charging 8000 psqft ? Is it reasonable ?

How is Acme project better than DB REALTY?

8000 per sqft will easily cost you around minimum 80 lacs + reg + stamp duty .. that is going to hover around the 90 lacs 1 cr .. so guys please think before booking flats . banks wont give you loan for more than 40 lacs . that too if you have a sal of 50 thousand a month .. so do the math .. is there anyway we can have a group of say 10 people and then go to one builder and ask him to give us a discount .. what do you guys say .

I dont see lot of registration for new flats this year and the prices are all time high even far flug places like daishar are going for 6500 per sqfeet
dont know what to do

I was wondering if there is anyone who has booked with Acme builders in their Oasis project at Kandivali(E). I wanted to know if anyone knows about the progress of the construction/registration of the flats that have booked.

Help would be much appreciated.

Last time I checked a month ago, the construction was held up because of the builder v/s BMC argument about FSI. Note that this is applicable to all the builders in the Mumbai. I am not sure if they are all booked by now?

I see some news about this extra FSI and hope the construction would start soon.

As far as i have heard of the progress, its the same as it was about a year back. Plinth level work of both towers at acme oasis has been over. Ther ahs been no progress thereafter.

it would be interesting to see how the builder lives upto his promise of possession by june 2013.. Has any one come across aby communique from the builder about the estimated delay in the project??

The builder has been delaying for agrement of the flat and registration thereof since mor ethan 2 years now under the pretext that since CC has not been received, the same cant be done. wonder how far, this is true. As of now, the builder has only given an allotment letter which i beleive is non binding and of no use if tried under court of law.
