Any ready possesion flats in Vashi ?

Not too many new prjs come up in Vashi, so chances of getting ready posession flats in a new bldg is less. However, chk up with some of the builders like Arihant, Mahaavir, Haware, Progressive etc. There are some which are nearing completion. I have myself booked at Arihant Ansh, which is nearing completion and should be ready in abt 6 mnths. You may chk the same. Else, you may get re-sale flats, for which you would have to check the real estate portals or go through brokers/agents.
