Does any one know when is arihant anaya project(Kharghar) going to be ready to live in and occupy? They have issued an allotment letter but do not have any possession date stated.
At the time of booking June, July 09 was verbally committed. Its going to be delayed atleast until Nov
09, and could be further delayed? Don't know when they would hand over...probably just slow down the work and hand over after 10-20 years or maybe never!!!!!

Emails to the company in this regard sent in the last couple of months-They do not seem to bother to reply to the emails. It seems they take the customer for granted. If this is the attitude of the builder towards your customer during these tough times, one can imagine how well they would treat during good times???

What legal rights do have in this case and can anyone advise us how can we get the builder to commit on possession date? Many Thanks
