Anyone heard about the Arihant Arham project?
I was researching for the IndiaBulls Panvel Greens and came across this one.
a very different setting and site plan. only 3 stories high compared to 20 story high rise in most other projects.

They are selling at a much cheaper Per SqFt rate and much closer to Panvel station.

It is not close to the station.. It is around 5km away

But it seems they are going to make around 75 buildings like this??? It means lot of supply, less demand?

I was searching for Kalpataru Riverside and came across this project. This seems to be very close to the Kalpataru project location.

What kind of locality is this? Is it a good place for investment? What is their current rate? One of my friend booked it 1350 in pre-launch.

are you sure it's 1350 / sqft? it says 2350 on the link posted by AA Panvel. And you guys are sure this is not a 99 year lease?

Yes, it is. More than 1 year before. Also through a Friend of the builder.

It has appreciated so much in 1 year.

Chikko, can you find out what the current rate is? the last I heard was 2350. let me know.

Hi there, There was an add in Time of India , Navi Mumbai Times dated 7th of May 2010 (Saturday). Even they displayed price tag on the add i.e INR 2400 psf.

Even I am looking to invest in it.

What a rate of return 33% p.a..

I remember the rates were 1800 last year.

2400 is not bad, does anyone know if this is freehold or 99 year lease?

If you go thru proper channel, you can get good discount.

The person who bought this is my friend (through his father-in-law). Their family bought total 6 flats in a building.

He says, recently the prices has increased a lot, he recommended one of his friend who got it for around Rs. 2100-2200.
