Hi Guys,

Anyone purchased a flat in Arihant Sharan? Is the current rate of INR 3300, in kharghar good to invest now?

I haven't booked a flat there. But, if u get a flat there for 3300 psf I think you should definitely buy. People have booked flats in outskirts of Panvel for 3000 odd and Kharghar is a million times better than Panvel will ever be. The builder too is reputed and has quite a few more projects.

I agree it is a good buy at 3300. However, do compare the loading with other buyers. Nowadays builders are quoting lower per square feet price by increasing the super built up area.

I just checked the location on http://www.allcheckdeals.com/project...har-mumbai.php ( Arihant's location map for this project isn't working for some reason). I am not that good at looking at maps but, from http://www.allcheckdeals.com/map.php...tid=392&type=N it looks like the project is in Kalamboli and not really Kharghar. In which case it might not be as good a buy. A lot of projects around kharghar are being sold as located in Kharghar so, I guess you need to check on the location. For Kalamboli, 3300 might not be that great a price. (Sorry about my initial comment).

Please don't get confused. Arihant Sharan is not in Kharghar. It is in sector -20 of Taloja roadpali. It is about 4-5 km ahead of Kharghar flyover and then furthrer 2 km inside on the left side. The rates are very high at 3300. If it was so cheap I would have purchased immediately. All other projects of Arihant which are in proper Kharghar (i consider projects beyond central park also to be as proper kharghar, though they are yet to be developed) cost more than 4000 psf. Please dont get confused with the name of Kharghar.

If you are looking for a 2BHK under 30 lakhs, I think Indiabulls Greens: 1bedroom+study room comes for about 25 lakhs + etc.
It is about 5 km from panvel and is a township project.
