Hello Everyone,

I want to buy 1-2 BHK flat in khargar,Navi Mumbai.Actually,I am confused of sector which should i select ,keeping in mind future requirement like school,hospital,transport and so on.My buget is 15-25 lakhs.I am looking for under construction building or new building.Mostly i would prefer under construction building,so i can take possession after one year.
I want to ask some points-

1.Can anybody provide me sector map of khargar.

2.Can you sugget me any points to be take care befoe buying flat in khargar or any other area ,as first time I buying house.

3.Can anybody suggest me any other area.

4.Please provide me any information of under construction or new building,so I can look for that.

5.Kindly,give me any information/suggestion that you think will be very useful to me in future.
