DB Realty, Dahisar Check Naka, How trustworthy is DB realty? - Indian Real Estate Forum

Hi all,

Just joined this forum.

Actually I wanted to know, how good is the builder DB Realty? Have you all heard about it? It's website is dbrealty.in

They have their project in Dahisar check naka, in dahisar east, they are proposing 35 buildings of 17 storey's each. Possession is in 2012. Does anybody smell a rat here?

Looking for your valuable suggestions.

DB reality is a very big builder. They are into luxury apartments which runs into crores. I visted their project at goregaon east where the 1st floor was starting from the 9th floor. He had 8 levels of car parks etc. Their loading is very high almost 45-50% hence pls chk it out. As for reliabilty, they r indeed quite reliable.

Even I am planning to buy 1 BHK there. Can anyone helpme whether its a good buy or should i look for another option. Its difficult to get a good affordable housing in MUmbai...pity

It is very expensive, pls consider before buying. For middle class families Western line is slowly becoming unaffordable.

That too DB is out of mumbai area, still the rates are high...

Even though it was a compromise, I had no choice but to move towards central side.
