Hi,

Has anyone booked a house in Dosti Vihar in thane on pokhran 1? Saw their ad and called them as well. They refuse to say any rates over the but I know their projects in parel and wadala are supposed to be good. But dont know about the thane one...Any ideas?

I also inquired about the Dosti Vihar project but they refuse to provide the rates. Has anyone been able to get the rates that they are quoting?

2bhk rate is Rs. 4991 psf + 20 rs FR . area available is 836 sq. ft. where as for 2.5BHK rate is Rs. 5191 + 20 rs. FR area ia 1017

Parking Rs. 2.5 lacs + stamp duty and reg. ( roughly rs. 2 lacs )+ on possession additional Rs. 2.13 lacs

Rates currently quoted are Rs 5591+20 floor rise for 2 & 2.5BHK garden facing, non garden facing is 200 lower, garden facing 2.5BHK for middle floors goes to around 67L. Availability in that building is currently 13+ floors.

1BHK & 1.5BHK are quoted around Rs5391+20 floor rise garden facing, rear side is Rs200 lower.

The way booking are going on it seems the project would get sold out fairly fast. Location of the project is fairly good. There is DP road right outside the complex which is likely to connect straight to eastern express highway in future.

Phase 1 is almost ready, booking on for phase 2. There is a proposed phase 3 too.

Ya they seem to be advertising quite aggressively for phase 2..should have booked it at a lower rate i guess :-( but still it is better and more accessible than ghodbunder road i think...any views?

Finally Booked flat in "DOSTI VIHAR -THANE"!

currently the rate is 5219 rs/sqft+ 20 RS Floor rise (for City facing)
and 5419/rs/sqft+ 20 RS Floor rise for Garden facing.

Dosti Vihar project is very much in Demand,we saw the people coming for site visit,It was really unbelievable.we visit there site two days and both days there sales people very busy.

Even the construction is going on full swing.
