I am looking to buy a 1-2BHK flat (new /resale) in kandivali - borivali west ...and it appears that builders are increasing the prices at the moment. Does any one know what the current rate is ? during diwali ..the following builders gave me 7000psf ..kranti builders , veena developers ....
these prices quoted by builders, are impossible in common man range ...the price for resale value is almost the same as new .. ...don't know what's happening in india .....all builders are having their own monopoly game.... with hiranandani project coming up quoting 9500 psf with no pillars erected these builders are now quoting 8000 psf... i dont think the price what we pay works with the cost of builiding material they use ...its 500% profit margin they are all quoting ...not sure how a common man will be able to afford when the flat rate costs beyond a crore ..common sense : do we all earn so much in a yr ? that these builders quote so huge prices .... i think india should have a big blow of recession then the prices will come down drastically .... |

hey man ,
even i had been to kandivali and enquired at Lokhandwala and they r quoting 5800 p sqft its under construction soft launch . do you have any idea of lokhandwala ?? bcus they r quoting so low when raheja next 2 it is quoting 7000 p sqft |
