We had seen this property..the place and thought abt this offer.. the stmt of the broker like 'banks wont give loan right now' warnd us a little..so we stayed away..but if this scheme is actually happening.. wud be good for investment.

The project is not approved at this time. They don’t have commencement certificate. They don’t have BMC permissions. One of the brokers is posting the wrong info on net. The agent or broker is only interested in his brokerage. They say that construction will start after 2 years. Nobody knows if construction will start or not. Did you ask your lawyer for the “search report” of this property? Go for the “search report and you will find that is project may not start in 2-3 years and if they are able to start after 2 years nobody knows when it will be completed. It is SCAM. Ask your money back or you will repent.
Developer has no past record and developer is from DN Nagar Andheri W

Iam also a booker of the flat & Iam little worried now. Though I already took chance in this, now I saw a new catch in this issue.
Visit www.ionic.in & you will see that many more have come in picture and you wont see "SHUBH" anywhere. Pls. check on this. I see here a great confusion because my allotment is given by SHUBH.

i have also paid a token amt towards a commercial premise in ths project ...but having read all yr views now have got confused ....can anyone suggest a way out or gv any concrete news on this project ...thanks

Why dont u all come together and ask the broker ? It might put some pressure on him if there are number of ppl behind him ..
