Hi

Can anyone help me out with Everest Countryside IRIS propject at Ghodbunder Road, Thane.

They are quoting 2985 Plus 25 floor charge?

Is it worth buying this, I am looking for residential purpose not investment.

Hi,

I understand your dilemma. I feel you should be careful of buying anything in Thane. Specially in Ghodbunder Road. The prices they quote are still not worth it. With continuous load shedding. shabby public transport in Thane, I would recommend if you can increase your budget then try taking the house in Kanjur/Bhandup area. the rates are lower than some areas in Thane and worth the investment for residential/rent out purpose..

Hi KU Enjoy. All I can say about Thane is that prices are increasing and I consider it the best place for investment for various reasons. You must have decided Thane due to various factors like work, budget etc. In the same budget you can also have a look at Harmony. Reply to me if you need further information.
