Hi friends,

Any inputs about Global city, i understand there has been an appreciable escalation in the acquiring cost, however as compared to other less accessible far-flung suburbs, it still seems relatively priced.

Default Virar HDIL

Hi
I saw this HDIL and Rustomjee properties in Virar W , 5 mins by rickshaw from station at Rs.2500 psf (HDIL) ..DO you think its worth it...looks good compared to Kalpataru at Mira Road at 4k and very far from station. Any views?

I heard that the latest rates are like 21 Lakh for 361 sqft carpet area.
But do not know about time of possession....

Rustomjee is promising a Dec'13 Possession. Will Post the rate quoted by them by evening once I find the misplaced broucher :-)

Wink hmm

I checked 25 lakhs including all charges for a 1bhk ( 390sqft carper)
and 39 lakhs for 2bhk( 509sqf carpet) ...its for avenue 1 which is a 14 atorey tower and posession wud be by 2014/15

plz check as mooost of the projects in boisar are on paper except tata housing ....people have booked 2 to 3 yrs back but no sign of work till date

Recession or no recession...

Ekta and Rustomjee has revised their prices recently.1 and 2 bhk with Ekta World which was available at 3700 in September ,2011 is now selling at 4310/sq ft and so is Rustomjee.

went to rustomjee site last week, some blocks of buildings are almost complete, will take another 6months to 1yr for their possession. they have launched a new project, a 14 storey tower and booking for 2 bhk starts at 39L. the project is going slowly but stedily, most possessions are delayed by at least a year

thats over rs 3 lakh increase from the soft launch price - the same was done in october.
