Hello,
Thanks for article info. If I understand correctly, it is somewhere here - http://wikimapia.org/#lat=19.1025787...18&l=0&m=s&v=9 I think it is great location for long term investment. Some points can be considered here - 1) All barren land, Will take atleast 2-3 years for development. But has a potential like Powai to be developed. 2) Comes in the path of Airline flights. So will have landing of airplane noise all night long (considering international flights). This is the same issue with Ghatkoper East. I guess just need to get used to it. Let me know your thoughts on it. |

I have no doubt that this area will be like Powai some years from now. The connectivity to vashi, thane, south mumbai and western suburbs is very good.. If the rates are reasonsable I would advise investing in Godrej properties in vikroli.

Godrej is a decent brand.. but they had some issues for developing the land... somthing similar to the mill lands.. has all that been sorted out ..

I think it was the urban cieling act or some such stuff.. not sure.. yeah but if it comes up, it will be nice.. they have a lot of land..

we have been visited the project last week...their show flat was really nice and specious..
they told us 2bhk for 1.68 lakh and 3 bhk for 2.77 and when we asked for the sq.ft rate lady said we are telling the total amount and not the break up and we are still confused how the extra 1 bedroom cost extra 1 cr? please share some information if you have with me thanks |

Yes, those are the rates I have 'heard'! I tried sending them emails and calling up the number given on their website - with no response at all! Doesn't give me good vibes!
