Godrej has started their booking for the new tower in Vikroli east? Pls give some inputs?

There was no BMC water for the buildings constructed over 2 years back. One of my friends is still suffering atleast as of 3-4 months back...not worth the premium they are charging

well i think its somewhere close to 10k.... but it would really nice if som1 could confirm..... Godrej locality is definitely one of the best places to stay keeping in mind the surroundings

They have a weird scheme of allotment and unless you are working in Godrej or have some contacts the chances are that you will not be able to buy here. I was looking to buy in 2007 when I was told that there is a waiting list and they would call me when bookings open. But they never called.

They are also selling to non Godrej employees. I was told that the rate they are offering is ard 8k. Niot sure, can some1 give some inputs

ya it is open for all no such thing for godrej employees I guess because they know the truth better than anyone else...The gym is all ready and done but not open for some wierd reason and the swimming pool is there in the facility but hey when did the builder promise you water in the pool? :-)) shiv...as far as I remember the rates were all touching 1.2 CR

This project is on Eastern express way, inside Godrej compound, next to Godrej hospital. I guess the rate should be in the range of 8000 psf, though not sure..Yday there was an article in TOI that godrej is releasing 35 acres of land for some development. I see a lot of construction happening in the next 2-3 yrs in this location.

Pls advise if you have some more inputs..
