Hi,
I am living in Navi Mumbai since 12 years in compayn accomodation.
Recently I made up my mind to get my own house.
Is this right timr to buy in Navi Mumbai ?
What should be resonable budget for a 2 BHK , 1000 SFT ?
Should I buy at current rates or wait ?

If it is for ur own use there is never a wrong time to buy...i think u are looking at anywhere between 60-65 lakhs in vashi for that configuration.

Rate of 6000 to 6500 psf in Vashi!!!! is that the going rate there.

for that budget in kamothe you may get near the station but in khargar believe it or not the brokers have jacked up the prices really high u r looking at 60 L for a 2 BHK near khargar station..for 40L u will be looking at 3-4 kms away from the station. let me know what you discover though.. ;-)
