There was already another forum thread on Acme Oasis, Kandivali East.anyways I had being to the site 3 weeks back , the entrance to the site is through slums (which will never go even if the builder promises) that is why they are quoting low price. The guy in office told me that all 2 BHK have been booked till 15th Floor and above 15th is open for people who are not taking loans. i think the total space is too small for 2 towers of 33 storeys each.Better ask someone from your family to visit the site and make their own assessment.

The property will take a very long time to come up...a minimum of 3.5 years. What exactly is your investment objective and budget...maybe we could advise you accordingly.

Hi highrisemum, i am looking for an appt to investment 70-80 lakh in 3 yrs time.. i m not looking for ready to move property..so during my research i found acme oasis... which is well within mumbai and decently priced (compare to current market rate in kandivali area).. as said by Rajesh that there is a slum just outside the main gate of this project.. i think that may be an issue if i wish to rentout this appt afterwards.. i will appreciate your views about this..and if there is anything better than oasis...i donot want to go further than dahisar.. thanks...
