How is Airoli, Navi Mumbai for the investement?
With MIDC Tech park, Patni Knowledge Park and Mind space from Raheja, I think Airoli is going to be recognized place in future for IT Companies. It has a good connectivity by road and rail now. I like the place, it quiet, peaceful and I still bit of open space - don't know for how long? What are your thoughts? Please share.

It is a decent option and the place has come up very well. Quite close to Thane or Mulund as well. Train connectivity has improved vastly too..!! However, on the office front, although there are some companies, but it will take quite some time for it to become an IT hub.
