I have booked 2bhk in hyde park in October'09 in A1. Nice to know you all. Presently staying in koparkhairane. When will the sample flat ready?

I have also booked a flat there. the sample flat would be ready in a couple of days time i.e by around 7-8th Jan...had a site visit last week and the sample flat was almost done.
has anyone executed the agreement as yet??

thanks kunal for the information. I will visit to see the sample flat. Is it as claimed in the brouchure. Todays advertise in TOI contains commencment of phase - II of the project along with another facility of minibus availability.

Can anyone tell me if the builder is genuine .
Have anyone alreday appproved loan on this property

Yes I and couple of my freinds got loan approved from HDFC. This project is pre-approved by HDFC and some other banks. You can get the details from their marketing office

I have called the sales executive few days back- it seems they have purchsed the additional land.

they are changing the layout of their type C towers.

One of my friends booked flat in tower c1 there in Jan 10, he got the rate of 3400/sqft...when I visited few weeks ago they said they stopped taking new bookings for tower c as the FSI has now increased and they are going to add one more tower...hence changs in the layout...

I have also pre-booked in tower C- in march end. Got rate of 3800.
Within 2 months rate increased by 400 rs.

Did your friend book through agent or directly from builder?
