Default keep your advice to yourself

Sector 35 is much better in future prospect compared to Sector 10. There is hardly any scope to grow in Sector 10 (behind Kopra village) plus the buildings are sitting on marshy land.. so plz keep your advise to urself..

Default Sector 10.

I think U had not been to sector 10. There are all tower buildings. The sector is now ready and will get occupied in 2-4 months. I had purchased a flat in OCT-11 at 4525 and the rate in the same building is now 5500. RoseWood is charging 6500 where as Kesar Exotica is at 8200 psf. There must be a reason to such high rates. Sector 10 will get connected to the highway from the back and the same is walkable distance from Kharghar Station. There is no mode of communication with sector-35.

Pipe line is being laid there after which the roads will be made. The future will tell if Sector-10 or Sector-35 is better. Please speak to persons staying in sector-35 and U will have the answer.

Okay.. so the rates are increasing and kharghar station is walkable.. so sector 10 is the best sector i think its an amazing investment!! Cheers!

Dear vrpimparkar, this thread is to discuss the issue related to Hyde Park only and it is quite unwelcome to comment something other than Hyde Park. Do you get sadistic pleasure by stating why we have invested in Sec 35 and why not in the sec 10 -as you invested there at the backdrop of your brilliant research. If that is the case just be happy there in sector 10 whosoever has invested in sec 35 are not fools. Everybody surely researched well and invested in sec 35 considering the specific advantages of staying at sec 35 (Central park, Golf course, ISKON temple, wide roads, lotta greenery and clean air, Hilly belt one side). What more one can ask for a peaceful living. Can you imagine any of these at sec 10 - just think of the scenario after 5 years in sec 10 and 35. Sec 10 is credited with location advantage but there is nothing else - moreover it will be annoying to stay so nearer to highway with lotta dust, pollution, noise, concrete jungle with no open space/garden. Having mentioned all these I would definitely rank sec 10 is best option for thse who are solely dependent on TRAIN/BUS for everyday business. Sec 35 is for ELITES, if you consider a peaceful living in future!
I have written all these not to promote sec 35 but it is difficult to withstand vrpimparkar's argument over sec 10. So Mr. vrpimparkar, you could see the most of the discussion here is related to Hyde Park and discussed by the Flat owners in Hyde Park - so please keep out of this discussion if you like to promote sec 10.

But what is the status for possesion , they were saying Feb end when I visited in Jan 12. IS any one know when tehy are actuly giving possion in A4. we have aLREADY PAID 95% of the total amount

yeah! it is pathetic to wait so long for the possession - the most ridiculous part is that they charge 21% interest on the delaying payment from our side. They give only 10 days to pay from the date pf sending demand letter after that Builder charge 21% - no mercy even if it is delayed for a week time. I am the victim of paying 21% interest for some delay in paying but while giving possession builder delay for inordinate amount of time. JUst ridiculous to wait for 1 yr to get the possession after promised due date or as mentioned in the registration. I agree with concerns raised by other members that we have paid almost 95% and paying a huge amount of EMI to bank with no tax rebate yet - Builder never bother to see this far cry of flat owners!
I have visited Hyde Park to check the status of B1-B3, which is far off from the completion although it Feb2012 was promised due date for the possession.

Default Golf course Status in kharghar

Hi .. am new to this forum ..can anyone please provide the current status of the Kharghar Golf Course..cant find much information online ..
The olnly reason I would want to buy a flat is for the golf course any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
