Hyde Park, Nisarg group Kharghar
I have booked a flat in Hyde park considering its locality and amenities are very good. How abt making a thread of those who has already booked their flats in Hyde park. so that we can discuss abt it as it progresses through diffrent stages of construction and the facilities given as per the promise made by the builders. looking forward to this.

Can you please quote current price/offered price of the project? Are there any extra cost? Also, what is expected completion time?

Hey Arvi,
I personally feel not deeping into the details of the price of the flats. you can directly call thier site office to get all these details -. I have just started this thread to discuss the various details of the project who has already booked a flat/s in this project.

Thanks Mr.Amit but you dont ve to tell me that I am smart. Smart people always remain smart and the reverse is also true for you REAL DUMBS!...As I ve categorically written to make a group of buyers who already bought a flat in Hyde park rather than convincing prespective buyers to invest in the Hyde Park - I hope Mr.Amit got the message atleast by now. I ve specifically started this thread to know other owners of this project so that we can discuss abt it wrt its ongoing constructions and putting a team pressure on the Builder to complete the project in due time.....
