Am pointing out from the quote posted by Keezpanvel where he has mentioned change in areas. (the quote just above my quote..) As for me, 2bhk was always 1144 and 1203 from april 2010 (so was it on allcheckdeals.com as well) - this was in the ebrochure provided and the temporary initial offer document that was given mentioned as well. I was never aware of the are being, 900 or 1000 or so on... - and always understood in the past 6 months that 1144 & 1203 would be changed to something else... But, 1bhk used to be 683, now i see it as 712.. |

The Zest with which i had bought this flat is no longer there due to the poor planning and as always bad customer service by IBG. Expected More Commitment from Indiabulls Didn't know that they don't plan for the people investing. |

am sure, one should be in position to change the structure a bit according to his/her requirement.
Like the 1 bhk, 2 seperate bathroom/toilet can be combined - if they are adjacent... a couple of wall changes (if they are not pillars or beam) as the property is yet to begin construction... but all in all, may not help much - just a fraction... |

Also please do not just believe their words on deadlines for signs, etc. We need to really see it.......and God knows what is in store for us......more economic burdens on area increase..........it is also to be noted that the original plan had 33% common areas, where HIRCO had about 30%...and now the new increase may incraese more this common area.................but of course there had been some benefits with the plan changes like iunderground CLUB MOSS, etc.... |

All things apart:
There is not a proprtional increase in carpet area to the increased cost. Which is wrong and something everyone who had bought earlier should protest about. Professionalism/unprofessionalism apart, because they did not sign anything they had it in their mind since early on that they will increase the area and charge more. However what everyone should ask for is an increase proportional to increase in carpet area. What they have instead done is increased their loading and took it beyong Hirco. The new loading works out to be 35%-37% as against 33% for Hirco. What is the current rate: 3500 or 4000? Last edited by jia001; 07-12-10 at 04:44 PM. |

called IB customer care today, got the same message as earlier
by the end of december or in early january agreemnet intimation will be given by the time banks approval may also come. current rate is 4000psf and currently total area is 80 acres in totality nothing new from IBCC |
