as per my visit and booking made at last week i saw that basic ground work has begun and also looking at the future plans it seems the right project to be in and look at a long term investment prospects

Jiahome. Thanks for posting the details. These points are also important factors in one making decision of the real estate location. Where is the exact location of proposed airport near Panvel ? Unable to see it marked on wikimapia.

Today from times of India:
Parallel to the Mumbai Trans-Harbour Link, MMRDA plans to have a Metro corridor to bridge the distance between Navi Mumbai's residential nodes and south Mumbai. Officials say the addition of Metro tracks would bring travel time along the 22-km route down to 35 minutes. According to the officials, the new design and the proposal would later be forwarded to the state cabinet for approval; once the plan gets the go-ahead, the tendering process would start. The new Metro corridor will reach Belapur where it would meet the proposed Mankhurd-Panvel Metro Corridor. On Sewri side, the Metro would be attached to third Colaba-Bandra-Airport Metro line at Prabhadevi. |

My experience with the Indiabulls guys was OK.
They quoted 2400 psf + 200 psf for garden facing + 20 psf floor rise for second phase (first phase sold out). When I went back to book after 2 days, it was 2450 psf + 100 psf for garden facing +20 psf floor rise. The rates are subject to change any moment. The validity period of their quotation is zero. Secondly I wanted to book on 24th flr but had to take a lower one. They said they were planning to build pent houses on the top floors, which in turn are not on sale as yet.Also they are booking one tower of each type at a time. Thus didnt have choice even there. They have good number of enquiries and also bookings. On my way to visit the site, I was accompanied by a person who was looking to book a second flat in the project. The site is conveniently located near NH4, Pune Expressway and Somatane station. Though it remains to be seen when the railways/metro will actually cover this area. Its good to be at this forum and share info.
