I visited Indiabulls office twice. They had lots of enquiries and also bookings. Seems 2nd phase will also be sold off soon.

The rate is the same what Indiabulls is publicizing.i bought when within days of projects being announced . Subsequently the rate has been increased by 15%. currently the rate being quoted is 2450 per sq ft.

I really appericiate the way raash have shared information with everyone..and i am really happy and satisfied that i have booked mine property in greens panvel..in first phase at 2400 rate..tomorrow i am going to visit site so lets hope for the best,will share that how much construction is startd...hey guys most important question i want to ask to raash,cust_indiabulls...that ki i have booked in mountain view so is it good?i m confused...y r they charging Rs200 extra for garden view anything specific reason?if i hav booked in mountain view is it fine?plz share ur idea and help me...thanks

hi peeya!

i can share with you on why i booked the garden facing flats. I was looking for 3 BHK flat. If u refer to the layout of the phase I buildings, 3 BHK flsts are on the left and right sde of the twonship. per se, there is no mountain view for 3 BHK flats. yes, if u book a 2 bhk, ypou can have a mountian view if you book the flats towards the school and hospital side.
So for me, it was either an option of garden view or the view of the warehpuse and i chose the garden view.
