How is the performace of Indiabulls in terms of deliverying the project on time?
DO they usually deliver on time or there is a considerable difference in what they promise and what they deliver? |

Hi everyone, who ever want to know abt the project india bulls in panvel,WHAT INFORMATION I HAVE GOT THROUGH MY SOURCES IS THAT THEIR PROJECT IS TAKIING TIME FOR APPROVAL IS BECOZ THEY ARE NOT TAKING APPROVAL FOR ONE BULDING...BUT THEY ARE TAKING APPROVAL OF WHOLE TOWNSHIP WAT IS THER PROJECTION...I HAVE INVESTED IN 2BHK...SO FRIENDS DNT WORRY THINK POSITIVE...AND HOPE FOR THE BEST....

Changes in Phase I
I had booked the flat on the same day the project was announced. Now that they have annouced the phase II, just curious to know whats the status and timlines?

Launch of Phase II
I am sure you would be now aware of the formal launch of Phase II. they are quoting now 2450 whih is marginally hgigher than Phase I.
Any of the guys have an update on whats ha[pening in project? |

Hi every1....
HI GUYS any latest progess in panvel india bulls project???till mine information i want to share that phase 1 is totally sold out...and phase2 booking is started..and the rates r 2500 and floor rise Rs 20/-...and if u want garden view then 2600 and floor rise Rs 20/-...other then this any information what one can share plz tell me....

Airport proximity
I believe that the Intl. Airport may complete construction sometime in future. But do you think that staying so close to an International Airport will be a good idea?

Well, as per the discussions on 6th dec, it seems Indiabulls have mobilised their equipments at the construction site. the activities are to be initiated towards the end of dec.
The above needs to be verified by visiting the site. |
