Industrial gala around Malad/Goregaon
Hello:
I want to make an investment in Industrial Gala around Malad/Goregaon area. I am looking for around 1000 to 1500 sq. ft. for investment purposes with a goal of renting it out. Any pointers on availability of such shops and what might be the approx. rate? Any thoughts (+ve/-ve) on such investment? All help as well as thoughts appreciated. Thanks, Harry |
