Real Estate Experts,
Hi, Im planning to buy a flat in Malwani, Malad (W) as an Investment / Security for my retirement. I have been following the rates in that area whcih has increased from Rs 2550 per sq. ft to Rs 4500 per sq. ft since March 2007. This is stunner by any standard. In my opinion , the prices will continue to increase even more drastically if anyone of proposed bridges is constructed between Evershine Nagar (Goregaon) & Malwani for eg. near the toyota showroom bridge. Real Estate agents support the above theory and add flavour to this to a point that this area will be connected to Lokhandwala from the Southern Side. Therefore I woul like to get an independent view of the areas from all you viewers what you think about the prospects about real estate boom of this place. Thank you very much for your kind input. |
