kalpataru aura - Indian Real Estate Forum

Can anyone suggest a reasonable price for kalpataru aura in ghatkopar west. ? These guys are quoting 6700-7000/sqft which i think is completely unreasonable. any pointers.

if you visit the place and notice the poor connectivity, i wonder anything above 5000 does not make any sense at all!

there are some corrupt employees at Kalpataru like Deepti who are hurting Kalpataru's business..hope the company knows whats going inside!
