Can any body reveal what are the ongoing prices of 2 BHK flats in and around New panvel and Kamothe areas.

As of Dec 2008 New Panvel rates for G+7 new buildings with above average construction is Rs 2,500 to 2,700 per sqft and Rs 2,800 to 3,000 for Kamothe (Mansarovar). For premium buildings it will be more or less Rs 500 more. A lot also depends on the location of the building whether it is on the main road or in interior areas.

In Kamothe there are two stations - Mansarovar & KHandeshwar.
In M'svr the ready posession TOWER flats are quoting 3500 psf & for NON-TOWER is 2800-3100 psf.
The rate keeps decreasing depending on how much construction time is left.
Khandeshwar is about 10-15% less.

any idea is it worth investing in INDIABULLS Green project in panvel (6 km from station) ..they are planning 23 building of 18 storey each with complete township facility..on mumbai -pune highway ??

It is very far from the railway station.......so i did not find it convincing so i suggest chck out developments nearby new panvel railway station....thez alot of development happening there.
