Symphony kandivali : depends on what you are looking for .. their one beds are located nicely .. Westwards facing .. rest of it is crap .. esp the 3 beds .. incase you do believe in Vaastu .. the 3 beds apparently have a big defect (from a vaastu standpoint) .. they have not been able to sell much of their 3 beds for this reason for over a year now.

RNA royal park : Nice looking place but builder is very frisky, slimy characters .. won't be transparent on which apts are available .. keeps changing the rates based on their own whims and fancies (and now which builder doesn't but these ppl are in a league of their own ) .. seems the clubhouse is going to be a public one i.e. other can purchase memberships and use the facilities

RNA royal park :Issue with the buiklders is that quality of contruction is extremely bad,typical issues of seepage. etc within a year of posession...and his attitude is typically..that this is not uncommon..

Rates anywhere from 7100 psf in RNA

also be prepared to pay high maintaence in Symphony & RNA Royal
