Kharghar 1 BHK in Sector 10 or 2 BHK in Sector 35/34? Which is good? - Indian Real Estate Forum

Hi guys......

I want to buy a flat in Kharghar...but my budget is so that I can buy only 1 BHK in sector 10 or other sectors except sector 35/34....how ever in new projects in sector 35/34 i can buy 2 bhk....

My budget is 30 lakhs if property is ready possession or possession is within 6-8 months...however if the project is newly launched and possession is in 2 yrs then i can stretch it upto 35 Lakhs....

what should i do?

Which one is better option....buying 1 bhk in sector 10 or buying 2 bhk in sector 35/34???

i would recommend, choosing an option that gives you a more convenient life style..

e.g.: which place will make travel to office easier.. which sector has schools nearby.. what size of flat does your family needs now (and in future)

if you are looking at buying a property 'only for investment' then sector 34/35 looks more attractive...
