Hi Rajesh,
We have booked 2 flats in Galaxy Nebula.Its in sector 10 in Kharghar. Current rate 4,750 rs/sq.ft. work going on for 6th slab. My father visited the site 15 days back , they are working on 2bhk & 3 bhk sample flats . Excellent location, trusted builder, good quality .I booked in Dec 2009 .

hey cool,,i booked in all 3 flats (me, friend and bro in law)...wot was ur rate..i got 3950 wen will the project be completed..i am worried abt the road in front of the building wen will it be laid..nice to know the price appreciation btw ..Are there still flats left .?

Well I booked in 3705 /sq.ft. Not sure whether there are still flats available or not. Now that the airport has been given final approval ,bookings are going on in full swing. Have heard that there will be a big exhibition in the first week of December for properties in navi mumbai.

Regarding the road, once built it will go through Little world mall. Not sure when the work will start, but as far as the pace of construction going on in Sec 10, hopefully it will be done soon. Nothing to worry.

Ur flat is on which floor??

u will have to take permission frm mr jairam ramesh if u want the road to touch little world.mine is on 6th floor terrace flat ..friends flat on 3rd floor and bro in laws flat on 9th floor..i will go and check the progress soon,,

i have booked on 10th & 7th floor. Plz update me about the site progress whenever you visit kharghar. Also abt the rate. Have heard that builders will be increasing the price by 15 % more in December. Out of Mumbai so a bit curious

Hey Rajesh,
Have u visited Kharghar. An updates on construction for Nebula - Sec 10 and its price. Do let me know if you have any latest information.

Can someone provide more information about this please.

I have tried to but do not find any reference to any such link either on mmrda website, or msrdc website. there is only one mumbai trans harbour link which runs from sewri to jnpt (ulwe)
what is the current status of this link? is it in plan, development or construction ongoing status?

Hope it is not a rumour just to increase the attractiveness of ghansoli....

Can any one pls shed lights on new or UC projects in sec 27, 28, 30 to 35.my budget is around 5k.self also intrested in less than 5 year old property in sec 20 and 21.

Any idea about Paradise Group and Sai Tharwani builders in sector 35? I checked allcheckdeals sometime back. Now they are not listed at all..I dunno about their rate and availability. please update if u have any idea
