Glaaxy Nebula quoting be 4500 rate now with 20% black in it. whil hyde park in sector 35 is 3900.

IS SECTOR 35 worth of 3900- for hyde park - nisrag group?. i know there 2 bhk has bedroom size of 9*9, but in 3 bhk they have good layout.

how is reputation of nisarg group ?

any suggestions ?

I have recently booked a 2bhk flat in AshtaVinayak Residency in sector 35-d. The booking rate is rs. 3500 psf. It is a 15 storeys tower with all mordern amenities like intercomm, cctv security, etc. There are only 26 flats in the tower, hence the per capita usage of the facilities like swimming pool, gym, garden, podium is much higher (no offense intended!) than the crowded complex with 10-12 buildings/towers. The other advantage is that there is a 35 metre wide road opposite the tower & 11 metres on the other side, hence no view obstruction from any room. The construction has just begun.

I been to Hyde Park last week..they were quoting 4000/sqft...I was late by a day ;-) till friday last week it was 3900/sqft... I visited other projectes too...and most of them were ready to negotiate further on the quoted price... One thing I noticed there...the loading was more than 30% in most of the cases...
Does anyone has any idea about the Paradise Group? about their construction, dealing with them etc...

yes even hyde park guys were ready to negotiate, but it will be just by 100 rupees , nothing much.

hyde park has 32% loading.

only information i get from googling is that its located in pandav kada, but couldn't find any details
