I have booked 1 bhk in Ultima A wing, their timelines while booking and timelines that customer care if following is totally different, they seems to pressurise by telling everything is booked everything is allocated etc Is this real

Hi, Im looking to buy a 1 and 1/2 BHK In this place... whats your opinion... also can you tell me what timelines you are referring to?

I will be visiting them this saturday to check the place... can you tell me if the construction is complete or still in progress?

Can anyone give any updates on Casa Univis project in thane... they sent out mails offering moneyback or shift to other blocks in the same project... so whats the delay all about...
Whats the wise advice? walk out of the project or shift to another block?
