I know what you mean regarding new constructions. After reading so many horror stories of delayed possession and exorbitant prices for new constructions, even if I can afford, I don't want to fill builders coffers.
Anyway, do you have any idea about new constructions from sort of reliable builders (oxymoron
) around Mulund, Bhandup or Thane where possession is possible by this year end or early next year?
