Default Looking to Purchase Flat in Oshiwara, Malad or Navi Mumbai

Hi Folks,

I am looking towards purchasing a new apartment in any of the upcoming projects in either Oshiwara, Malad or Navi Mumbai.
I currently have 10 lakhs in cash & my total budget would be max 35 lakhs.

Can you please help in letting me if there are any properties available for my budget.

you can also get 2 BHK in Malad (W), Malvani MAHADA Complex. Be cautious to negotiate the deel and the middle man commission. The complex is very good

I have checked andheri MHADA flats, they are not available. The people told me that I need to go to MHADA office. I am also looking for it, I will suggest that you beter buy in MAHADA Malvani.

Agreed with msayedbukhari.

I have myself purchased 1 Bed in Malvani MHADA. Best thing I liked about this place is good societies over there. Be careful about Mhada Andheri my brother use to get calls on his without any actual number displayed asking him if he would be interested to buy flats in Andheri Mhada.... This was a clear dozzie call..... I would say be careful with the agents out there....

If the Flat was alloted by MHADA to X then X cant sell the flat for 5 years. X can sell the flat AFTER 5 years and you can go for registration. After registration you also need to get the FLAT Transfred on your name in MHADA Records. For MHADA Transfer you have to attach the registration, Form from MHADA, Transfer fee about 35000+ Bribe about 20-30 thousend if you want it Transfred in 30-40 days.
Many get the POA and pay to Owner and after 5 years go for Registraion. At this time buying flat with POA is not leggal.
