Got confirmation from Marathon office and booking will start for new phase from 1st week of Feb.
Starting price would be form Rs4500 sqft !!!

This is way to expensive your opnions...

That's a rip off. Those places are hyped and don't deserve current rates 4500 rate, these seem to be futuristic rates, but in 2 years, yes may be depending on the developments around that area.

You can find a good apartment in a decent society in Kharghar if you spend 5K rate?

What way Marathan is better than Hiranandani project?

I agree its way to high especially they had booked 3100 per sqft and now after 4 months they are selling for Rs4500 thats way too much!

But there is no boubt there location is awesome as compared to Hirco or IB.
