Guys,
We are in the market for a 2 BR but in most of the projects I am seeing that the 2BR sell out quickly as against the 3BR. Most of the time the builder is stuck with the 3BR since it turns out to be very expensive, in some cases that I have looked around 1 CR in places like Kandivali (c'mon now).What are your experiences here? |

You're right. But historically, 3BHK rates have been cheaper than 1/2BHK just beacuse of the size and money involved.
But these days, builders are expecting more or same rate for 3/4BHK flats as that for 2BHK flats. There are lot of aspects one has to look while going for 3/4BHK falts like:- - Monthly society charges - Property taxes etc. Usually if one don't have a big family, better to stay in smaller flat and save the money for future acquisition.
