Hello,
I am loooking at affordable flat in mumbai and because of the funds limitation it all comes down to mhada. Can someone please point out if Mhada flats are sensible buy. I have heard that Mhada consider buying of their flats from original allottee as illegal. Is that true? * The ownership of the flat is on Power of Attorney and sale deed. is it not good enough? * Does one need the original allottee after the five years of the completion of allotment? * Can the flat be transfered on the basis of the power of attorney in mumbai. Any other precaution one needs to take. Thanks for your time. Regards, |
