Hi,
Thinking of investing in a 2BHK flat in Hiral Shree Samarth Group - Project by Hiral Group. Its close to the WE Highway, off Mira Bhayandar Road, in Kashimira area. Is it a good area to buy a flat. Does anyone know about the Hiral Group. Also, I have been a lot of rumours flying about regarding the Dahisar Checknaka to be moved to Thane Godbandar Road. Is there any truth in that? Any advice is appreciated Thanks Sheena |

Hey .. a lot of builder do say that but nobody has confirmed teh news. The best way to know that would be to go the RTI (Right to information) way. I havent heard of Hiral group but you should check some projects of theirs. Also check have they got commencement letters and previous projects before you go ahead.

we had spoken to someone in DB reality abt shifting of dahisar check naka..he declined anything of this sort to happen...they have a project after check naka...
